Please protect and respect the intellectual property of Karin Bauer's Art Guidance Cards and the Guidance Coach Training Program.
The Guidance Coach Program consists of Karin Bauer's written materials and images of Karin Bauer's original artwork. Please be aware that all images, logo, program name, and written materials are the copyright and ownership of Karin Bauer, GuidanceCoach.com and GuidanceCards.com. Images, logo, and written materials are not permitted to be copied or printed without the express permission of Karin Bauer. Any material or content of the GuidanceCoach.com web pages, manual, images, or cards are not permitted to be transferred to other websites or web pages. Many years of Karin's time and energy has gone into this work. Treat this material and artwork like you would with any author or artist - please don't copy or reproduce it in any way.

Permitted printable Material.
Pages that are allowed to be printed clearly have Print Buttons right on our web pages, and lead to a printing link. Printable Pages include: The "Journal Summary Page" for clients; and the printable materials in the Coach Home Page. While it's tempting to allow printing of images, please advise your clients not to. If your clients would like to keep a card image/affirmation for further study, they have the option to purchase the cards as a deck of Art Guidance Cards through you. You may also purchase additional Art Guidance Cards decks and give/mail them to your clients as gifts. You are allowed to buy a full deck of cards and split them into individual cards to give to your clients, if they want just one specific card. Please point out these options to your clients, and we will give you credit for your referrals of their purchases. We also offer a volume discount for your own purchases of ten card decks or more from us. Thank you.

Please protect your Login Information.
Only registered users of the Guidance Coach Program are permitted to use the Guidance Coach Program. Use common sense! Never give out your login info to clients, fellow coaches, spouse, friends, or anyone else! Your Coach Home Page stores confidential client info, such as client names and email addresses. You must protect your client's anonymity and contact info. We are not responsible if someone misuses their login info. If someone you know wants to demo the Guidance Coach Program, please refer them to Karin Bauer; she will demo the program for the potential buyer, and give you credit for your referrals.

Guidance Coach promotional materials.
If you want to include Guidance Coach promotional materials in your marketing or advertising campaign, we are more than happy to provide you with appropriate wording. We are currently looking into a way to provide you with cutting edge, professional marketing materials. If you would like to have marketing materials with the logo of Art Guidance Cards and/or the Professional Guidance Coach Training Program, please talk to us first. We will make any effort to make this a win/win situation and help you promote the Guidance Coaching program in a professional manner.

Professional Coaching Conduct.
The Guidance Coach technique was created by Karin Bauer for the sole purpose of coaching persons to find new perspectives. This program is not intended to diagnose, or, remedy any type of physical or mental illness, or medical condition. If your client is presenting with a problem that is outside the scope of your coaching expertise, or, the client is not appropriate for this coaching program, please refer the client to a qualified, professional health care provider, psychologist, or physician. We are in no way held responsible or liable for any of the coaches clients. If you are uncertain of a client's suitability of participating in your Guidance Coach program, please assess the client before engaging in a Guidance Card session. You can do this by asking the client the same questions you normally would as a coach. Please use your discretion when choosing and accepting clients for your coaching practice.

Client Confidentiality.
As a Guidance Coach, you will need to assure your client's confidentiality. Depending on your country or state's laws (please check), you may need to advise your clients that you will keep any information they reveal confidential, except, if the client states an intend to harm someone, or themselves. Also, if client discloses to you any knowledge of a child or children being abused, (not their own abuse when he/she was a child in the past), as a professional, you must also report this disclosure to local authorities by law. If you're unclear about this, please ask.

Coach's Business Practice.
We support you in building your coach practice, and we will do this by providing you with a coach profile in GuidanceCoach.com. Through this promotional exposure, you may attract persons, who may become potential clients. However, we are not liable or responsible for your business success or failure. As with any business, your business success depends on your own efforts and you are required to promote and advertise your own coaching practice. We are not promising any amount of referrals of clients, or any set amount of financial success. With the Guidance Coach Training Program and the Art Guidance Cards tool, we are providing you with a professional coaching tool. It is up to you to promote your practice and sign up your own clients. We advise you to set your rates at a reasonable level, preferably comparable to Karin Bauer's rates (found in the Coach Community Page).

Coach Readiness.
We make the best effort possible to screen coaches, but we cannot ensure suitability or readiness for being a Guidance Coach, and/or readiness for dealing with clients' issues. We want this to be a wonderful experience for you and your clients, however, readiness to become a Guidance Coach is determined by yourself.

Technical Program Support and Monitoring of Data.
We reserve the right to review data stored on our servers. We comply with professional codes of confidentiality when viewing data. We reserve the right to terminate Guidance Coach Program subscriptions without a refund, if a coach is deemed to be misusing the Guidance Coach Program and materials.

Annual Maintenance Fee.
To cover our costs of maintaining this website, making improvements and updates, there is a $50 yearly maintenance fee. This fee will be charged on the anniversary date of your purchase.

We ask you to please abide by all of the above Professional Conduct Rules of GuidanceCoach.com. Anyone who is found not abiding by these professional rules will be warned, and if the coach's conduct is not corrected, he/she will be dismissed from the Guidance Coach Program.
